Her medical experience spans Accident & Emergency, Intensive Care and a range of medical and surgical specialties. As a GP, she has performed minor surgery since 2018, developing advanced procedural precision alongside clinical judgement.
Following her foundation training in Aesthetics at Harley Street based Avanti Aesthetics Academy, Dr Kaur undertook extensive additional training to further enhance her clinical skills and deepen her expertise in aesthetic medicine. This ensures her patients benefit from the latest evidence-based techniques and best practices in non-surgical aesthetics.
Her background as a GP with extensive experience in women’s health issues, combined with her dermatology diploma, places her in a uniquely advantageous position to understand her patients from multiple clinical angles. She is also a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society (PCDS), the leading UK society for healthcare professionals with an enthusiasm for dermatology and skin health.
Dr Kaur is GMC registered (General Medical Council), ensuring she meets the rigorous standards required to practice medicine in the UK and maintaining her professional accountability to patients and regulatory bodies.
This recognition reflects the values at the heart of the clinic: trust, continuity and thoughtful medical care.
“I trained as a GP in a system that once centred around continuity of care. Patients used to speak about my doctor as someone who knew them, understood them and guided them over time but I began to feel that this relationship was slowly disappearing.
I wanted to create a space where I could offer that relationship again.
My Cosmetic Doctor was built on the belief that aesthetic medicine should feel personal, considered and medically grounded. That you should see the same doctor over time and your treatments should evolve as you do. I don’t believe in one-off fixes, I believe in forward planning, collagen stimulation and guiding women through the different seasons of life in a way that feels natural and sustainable.”
“As both a GP and an aesthetic doctor and as a woman navigating my own life stages I began to notice patterns.
Women in their 30s were struggling mainly skin changes such as dullness, uneven texture, acne, pigmentation or post-pregnancy skin changes.
Women in their 40s were experiencing shifts in collagen, skin resilience and skin quality. Women in their 50s were facing the profound changes that menopause brings to the skin.
Yet aesthetic treatments were often offered in isolation, without recognising the hormonal and life context behind them.
Her Skin Seasons® was created to change that. It recognises that women’s skin moves through distinct phases and that treatment should adapt accordingly. My framework ensures that every recommendation is appropriate not only for your face, but also for your life.”
